Judas and the Black Messiah Trailer

Charles D. King and Ryan Coogler are the producers of the film, and the screenplay is done by King and Will Berson. The film is based on real incidents. The first trailer of the film dropped on YouTube on August 7, 2020. The short clip begins with Hampton chanting powerful slogans at Black Panther meeting, and William O’Neal is nervously watching him, painfully aware of his next move.

The teaser gives a sneak peek of the story, where O’Neal gets arrested by the FBI for impersonating a federal officer and car theft. The officer gives him a chance to either go to the prison or help the FBI to infiltrate the Black Panther party and take down Fred Hampton. You can now watch the official trailer below.

Judas and the Black Messiah Release date

The film was scheduled to release on August 21, 2020, but the dates were changed by Warner Bros. due to the ongoing pandemic. So no release date is disclosed in the trailer. We believe the film will be released only in the theaters. Plus, the trailer was released on Friday for only one reason: selling the film.

And the movie will only release when the theaters open all over the globe. Unfortunately, we will have to wait until next year to watch this incredible film. The makers also haven’t announced the air date for Judas and the Black Messiah yet. So we can expect the movie to launch sometime in 2021. Also, read the official announcement of the film below.

    Conclusion

The trailer is filled with incredibly tense scenes, arresting imagery, public protests, and exploding with energy. Viewers are pretty hyped after watching the great trailer. Although it was only for a few minutes, it still looks good. We hope that the film is as excellent as the trailer.
